Bill as Economic Czar Confirmed + Businessman VP

"I am going to ask my husband, who has a great track record in creating jobs, putting people to work, revitalizing communities, to be in an advisory role working with me, working with our cabinet, to try to figure out what we can do," Clinton said on NBC's "Meet the Press.

Clinton was also asked about her choice of a vice-presidential candidate and the possibility that media mogul Mark Cuban might be a postulant. Clinton said she thought a businessman as vice president might be a good idea. We should look widely and broadly, Clinton said. "It's not just people in elective office. It is successful businesspeople. I am very interested in that."

The other piece of news is that she refused to honor her commitment to a debate in California. Also, "All but four of California’s 39 Democratic members of Congress have endorsed Clinton." Also a poll shows Queenie Ech ahead by some 20 points or some such nonsense.

I have seen these tactics in Bolivia almost to the dot on the i. Its called big money in politics. I can barely wait for Bernie to win California by the same margin he did Oregon and send all these despots to a fund raiser in Gehenna.

Added to cheer ye all up!Here is my toast to the impending doom of the American Empire from the Commonwealth of Dominica.

which hasn't joined the New Dems. Clinton bandwagon.

Atrios lost me long ago with his insistence that urban development/density was the ticket. When he started advocating for this 'issue' and said it was green and would lead to a car less society my so called progressive Dem. city was gearing up to let the investors/ developers/ real estate, have free rein in demolishing Portland. They said we have to get ready for 200,000 climate change refugees who are coming from SF to live in a cool hip progressive green place. Yeah right.

Years later the rents too high, they are bulldozing houses and old buildings, cutting down tress and building toxic monstrous apartment/condos that are unaffordable to most. They are wedging tall skinny slapped together Mc Mansions between the already dense houses. The narrow neighborhood streets are full of earth destroying SUV's and obnoxious screw you, hipster yuppies who call this progress and green.

I no long self identify as a progressive due to the likes of Atrios, Markos, and the local and state progressive Dems. who I helped get elected. They are demolishing Portland at an alarming rate. Beware of Dem. geek wonk's pushing growth and calling it environmentally necessary and progress. Shanghai investments yeah that's the ticket.

To me bloggers like Atrios and Digby are now part of the problem as they are partisan Dem. true believers. Maybe they have good intentions but gimmie a break. This is not progress and it's not democratic.

seems the most likely reason...at least for Atrios.

Digby's a Hillary true believer, so the money to her is just a bonus.

The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?

The word "czar" is oddly appropriate here.

If you all recall, they also showed her winning Oregon by 15 points.

And she lost by 10 points.

Polls have been largely worthless this primary, for good reason, they are not talking to the most motivated demographic.
