Ranting Now Because Kabletown and Lying

How can you have a Democracy if you don't respect it?
On the way out tonight, to attend a meeting of the Redlands Mystery Band, I listened for the Democratic Debate. Hard to find. NOT on KFI.

On the way back Tim Conway Jr. was congratulating the station on getting "90%" of the debate. Now, I was trying to find that debate on the radio while driving; I'm in So Cal, I should be able to find the fing debate, right? Amirite?

Anyway, I must have missed the 90% of the debate tim conway jr said they presented. What an ass Tim Conway Jr. is, what a stooge, what a lackey. I guess the station missed the debate only in the moments between 7:30 (it started at 6pm pst) and 8:00.

Sorry, I just had to rant. Here is my other rant, from FaceBook, why I didn't get to see the debate tonight. I respect a corporations rights, but I thought I was also paying for rights ffs. So this to me is bullshit:

sorry for the format, you can't really hit return in facebook lol

OK, here is the story. I wanted to watch the debate on my computer tonight, to stream it so to speak. So I went to CNN and there it was through the magic of google. So I started watching it, and after about ten minutes it stopped. It said, "hey, I'm not gonna show you this unless you can log in to one of our many fabulous "you cant watch this until you log in" portals. So OK, there's Verizon. Yay! Fortunately, I remembered my Verizon password and username. OK, I'm in, "hey Verizon, can you help me watch the rest of the debate?" "No, we got taken over by Frontier (I swear to god, let's replace "frontier" with "Kabletown"). So I guess I won't be watching the rest of the debate on my computer. Good thing it's on my DVR. and f*ck you cnn, verizon, and please kabletown (I mean http://meetfrontier.com/), be the angels of mercy that we American users who are suffering under the yoke of monopolistic telecoms who dont care about their customers because they are checked out about community, need. Or be that Mitt Romney type. Your choice.

Bernie is a win-win.

I started out listening to the debate but I had to turn it off. I couldn't stand listening to HRC's lies, cackles and obfuscations.

Frontier has always been my phoneCo, then my ISP (via DSL magik). Pre-internet, my husband always called them the rum-dum phoneCo. They actually do have some customer service, sometimes a real-to-dog human voice comes in.

My condolences. Anyway, Verizon crews are on strike. Solidarity.

Hey! my dear friends or soon-to-be's, JtC could use the donations to keep this site functioning for those of us who can still see the life preserver or flotsam in the water.
