If you watch MSNBC you probably believe that if it wasn't for some local politician in Seattle whispering the word "socialist" within earshot of a microphone, then right-wing Democrats in Minnesota and Florida would have won their elections.

Remember how Lacy Clay won re-election after Kamala Harris endorsed him?
How about when Hillary Clinton delivered her only endorsement in a 2020 House race, thus giving Eliot Engel victory?

No, it’s no longer a democracy and our country will be in crisis no matter who wins. The wheels of government grind slowly and those with their hands on the levers of power will have their way with us, the ‘useless eaters’.

There will be an election. It will likely be contested because it was unfair or rigged. In any case we will not know the winner on the day of the election. The path to Nov 3, 2020 will be fraught with hyperbole, wings will flap vigorously. Count on it.

Today is the New Jersey primary and progressives are hoping to score a couple victories.

I generally don't ask people online for things, but I'm making an exception this time around. I'm asking you to send a message to the wealthy elites who are screwing you over.
The question is how best to send this message?

If you are part of the MAGA crowd, or the vote-blue-no-matter-who/McResistance, then this essay isn't for you. You need to stop watching Fox, CNN, and MSDNC.

If it were, Warren's faltering voters would all go to Sanders, not Klobuchar, and Biden's certainly wouldn't go to Sanders. It's class versus identity, and the good angel over my shoulder hopes class wins out. Policy wise Biden is a long way from Sanders, not a 180 degree difference but close to it, but Biden grew up working class and it shows, gaffs and all. People feel that in a gut reaction kind of way.
