Given some of the original poster's other videos, it is probably safe to say that it was done by a Republican. Although, many of these scandals have been widely known for a very long time, I am not sure if everything is accurate.

I watched a 2hr video about the Clintons that mostly covered the Arkansas years, detailing the slush funds, Bill's partying, drug use and so on. Many witnesses were interviewed on camera and seemed pretty credible. The video alleged that the Clintons were involved in importing and selling cocaine in Arkansas and that is how they got the funds to pay the right people. The video also alleged that people who got in the way often turned up dead under mysterious circumstances.
In the video, they stated that an earlier form of the video was shown to everyone in Congress and that that is why the investigations and impeachment plans arose against Bill Clinton. It sounds, at least, as if Congress members were sincerely appalled by what they heard and wanted to do the right thing.
At the end of the video, they listed all of the people associated with the Clintons who had died, the means of death and the year. It was pretty powerful to see.
I remember at the time being so supportive of the Clintons and thinking how awful the Repubs were to keep going after them but this video gave me a different perspective.
Nowadays, the Clintons have taken it to a whole new level with the Clinton Foundation. Having seen what HRC did as SoS, she absolutely must be disqualified from being President.
I'm not going to claim that these accusations are wrong. I do, however, remember many of these coming out in various forms during the Clinton years, and in many cases using the exact same verbiage. Thus, I question the identity of the source, which could easily change the motivations for the release of a cleverly constructed hit piece.

We know the Republicans tried, or else Monica Lewinsky could have rebuilt her life by now. What deals got cut with GOP attack dogs to allow the Clintons to remain in business? We know that the Clintons are very chummy with fraudsters like Drumpf and war criminals like Kissinger 0f Death. It can't stop there.
It will likely take historians (IF humanity lives so long) to expose the truth about the corruption of the Clintons and who all of their connections were.
