White nationalist pepper-sprays transgender person in Asbury Park

Allie Koralik is a non-binary, transgender resident of Long Branch, NJ. Koralik was making signs Sunday at a gallery on the boardwalk in Asbury Park for a Stand Against Hate rally when they were approached by Morris May, 22 of Scotch Plains and his 20-year-old brother, who were carrying a Trump 2020 sign.

My brother and I are both hard-core conservatives," said May, adding that he supports three things: "liberty, free speech and the Republican Party.

Judge claims he is doing us a solid

Los Angeles County Judge Gregory Keosian dismissed Richard Simmons lawsuit against National Enquirer owner American Media, saying that "it is simply not libelous or defamatory to call someone transgender."

Misidentification of a person as transgender is not actionable defamation .... The court will not validate those prejudices by legally recognizing them.
