Team Biden's mishandling of ME affairs under fire

A federal complaint, filed on Monday against President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, accuses them of “failure to prevent and complicity in the Israeli government’s unfolding genocide”.
New York civil liberties group the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) filed the suit in
Federal Court in the Northern California District.
The lawsuit also calls for an end to the $3.8bn in annual military support the US sends to Israel.

I doubt
this will grow legs what with two countries allied against it. And that $3.8 billion is just money we send. We send lots of weapons and ammo that are characterized as gifts of support with no monetary value mentioned.
Neither Russia nor China is our enemy.
Neither Iran nor Venezuela are threatening America.
Cuba is a dead horse, stop beating it.

of using domestic courts to apply some form of justice beyond their jurisdiction
